With a proven track record in aligning people strategies with organizational goals, Barbara has served in several Vice President-level roles, overseeing all aspects of Human Capital Management.

Her expertise spans a broad range of human resources disciplines, including talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, mergers and acquisitions, and internal communications. Barbara is especially adept at leading organizations through periods of change and growth, recognized for her hands-on leadership style and ability to build strong, accountable workplace cultures. Barbara is also the founder of Cultivating Careers, LLC, a consulting firm focused on delivering customized HR solutions to support business performance and organizational development. Through this venture, she partners with clients to provide strategic support in workforce planning, HR compliance, talent strategy, leadership coaching, and operational realignment. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. In recognition of her professional achievements, Barbara was named an honoree for Excellence in Human Resources by the South Florida Business Journal in 2009.
